Frequently Asked Questions
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, and we want everyone comfortably seated before we say "I do!"
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will both be indoors, so you'll stay comfortable no matter the weather.
What is the dress code?
Country Chic; Think elevated Western style! Cowboy boots are encouraged, hats are welcome, and we love the look of dresses, sport coats, dark jeans, and polished Western wear. It's the perfect excuse to wear your favorite outfit that makes you feel your best.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Complimentary parking is available at the venue.
Will food be served?
Absolutely! We'll be serving a traditional Texas barbecue dinner with all the classic sides.
What drinks will be available?
We'll have beer, signature martinis, frozen peach bellinis, hard seltzers, soda, iced tea, lemonade, and water available throughout the evening.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes! If you'd prefer something different than what we're serving, you're welcome to bring your favorite bottle. Our bartenders will happily serve it for you. Corking service is available.
Can I post photos on social media?
Yes! We'd love to see your favorite moments. If you'd like, use our wedding hashtag: #vaughnwedding
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Will there be dancing?
